TRACKMAN Services Overview
The Oberman Companies provides subcontractor insurance certification monitoring and compliance with its cert monitoring system and team of certification specialists. We will also collect, load, maintain, and continuously review all data and images. A review and determination of compliance and non-compliance of all subcontractors is our objective.
TOC will generate, print and mail a letter, formatted on Compliance Department letterhead, to each 'missing insured' asking them to respond to show needed proof of insurance in the form of certificates of insurance (and what that certificate of insurance needs to show).
